Dr. Yaniv Farbenbloom

Dr. Yaniv Farbenbloom has always had a passion for Real Estate and investing in the multi-family marketplace. He is the founder and owner of ProWealth Capital, LLC and is dedicated to providing investors with above-average passive income opportunities.

Yaniv has been an entrepreneur for over thirty-five years, successfully developing, growing and selling several businesses in that timeframe. As his most successful accomplishment, Yaniv built a thriving Medical Group which expanded into a multi-million-dollar enterprise. During that time, he also wrote and published two books and held hundreds of public speaking engagements to educate and promote health and wellness in his local community. His passion lies in helping people, both in healthy and in wealthy endeavors.

Yaniv and his wife Susan started out their Real Estate journey with luxury condo rentals. From there they owned and operated 45 apartment units in six apartment buildings in the Los Angeles, CA metro area with minimal vacancies. When the laws started changing in CA to benefit the tenant over the landlord, they decided to modify and diversify their holdings and head for greener pastures in tenant friendly states. They currently control 45 units in various states and are passively invested in over 700 units across the country.
